Duplicate PNTBATCH Error

 

Sample Message:

      There is a duplicate PNTBATCH.BATPNTR ….. The Program will end.

 

Instructions:

  1. Delete the C:/RISWIN folder on the workstation that is having the problem.

  2. Run the Makestation program from the server. See instructions "Install Station."
