Vends.Vendo Error Message

A Message:

 THERE IS A MAJOR PROBLEM WITH VENDS.VENDNO …COMPANY….

 

This means that either the vendor is missing from the Company vendors list (someone deleted it) or the general ledger account number for the vendor does not exist.

 

Go to the Company Menu->Vendors Tab and look for the vendor.

• If the vendor is not there, add the vendor (or import it from another company using the import vendor button).

• If the vendor is there, edit the vendor information and make sure the general ledger account number exits. If not, add in the account number in Company Menu-> Account Codes Tab.
